Si è tenuta nella notte.. in una modalità del tutto eccezionale per l’evento tv, anche posticipato di un paio di mesi in seguito alla pandemia da “Coronavirus” ancora in corso.. l’edizione 2021 dei “Golden Globes”.. per quest’anno condotta di nuovo in tandem, l’una dalla West Coast e l’altra straordinariamente dalla East Coast, dalle colleghe Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.. divise tra la familiare cornice del “Beverly Hilton Hotel”, in California.. e Manhattan, a New York.. mentre sfilavano di fronte a loro solo i prescelti cerimonieri, chiamati ad introdurre i trionfatori che hanno invece assistito rigorosamente online, in collegamento da casa, allo svolgersi del cerimoniale con gli appositi verdetti.
A trionfare come “miglior film” è stata la pellicola diretta da Chloè Zhao, “Nomadland”, che è valsa alla regista anche la statuetta per la “miglior regia”. E’ poi toccato alla moglie di Chadwick Boseman, Simone Ledward, visibilmente commossa, ritirare virtualmente il riconoscimento postumo attribuito al marito scomparso (lo scorso Agosto, QUI il post) come “miglior attore drammatico” per il ruolo interpretato nel film distribuito da “Netflix”, “Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom”. A Mark Ruffalo, festeggiato dalla famiglia, è stato riconosciuto il lavoro da “miglior attore protagonista” nella miniserie “Un Volto, Due Destini” (“I Know This Much Is True”), in cui è riuscito a sdoppiarsi alla perfezione sul piccolo schermo.. mentre sul versante femminile, nella stessa categoria, hanno trionfato Anya Taylor-Joy e la sua scacchiera, risultata vincente in Dior, anche per “La regina degli Scacchi”, fra gli show più visti al miglior debutto (QUI) dello stesso colosso di streaming da cui è stata lanciata.
A Jane Fonda è stato consegnato il prestigioso “Golden Globe” alla carriera, intitolato a “Cecil B. DeMille” (che negli anni scorsi era stato assegnato, tra gli altri, a.. Jeff Bridges, Oprah Winfrey, George Clooney, Meryl Streep e Tom Hanks).. ma anche l’Italia ha trionfato, per la miglior canzone originale.. “Io Sì (“Seen”).. colonna sonora del nominato “La Vita Davanti A Sè” (o “The Life Ahead”) che vede la grande Sophia Loren diretta dal figlio Edoardo Ponti.. valsa alla brava Laura Pausini il nuovo traguardo internazionale, che la cantante ha fermato così dai suoi social.. “A quella ragazzina che 28 anni fa vinse “Sanremo” e non si sarebbe mai aspettata di arrivare così lontano. All’Italia, alla mia famiglia, a tutti coloro che hanno scelto me e la mia musica e mi hanno reso quella che sono oggi. E alla mia bellissima figlia, che da oggi vorrei ricordasse la gioia nei miei occhi, sperando che cresca e continui sempre a credere nei suoi sogni”.
